Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your session, and refunds for cancelled sessions are processed manually, typically appearing in your account within 5 business days. Please note, if a session is missed, we’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduling. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend adding your appointment to your calendar as a helpful reminder.
Yes, rebates may be available through certain private health insurers. We encourage you to contact your insurer directly to confirm your coverage and inquire about potential rebates for our services. Please note that Medicare mental health plan rebates are currently not available for psychotherapy or counselling in Australia; they apply only to psychology clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and the time it takes to notice a shift depends on your unique goals and life experiences.
