Women, Parts and Healing - Workshop and Retreat
 
Held in the lower Hunter Valley from Friday 29th May until Sunday 31st May.
 
All inclusive of dome tent accommodation, meals and workshop Saturday.  Certificate of attendance also provided for workshop to use for PD if applicable.
 
Arrive Friday evening 5pm for opening circle and dinner.  Saturday morning breakfast, walking the labyrinth and all day workshop.  Afternoon free time (autumn swim if you are brave), finishing off with a lovely dinner together.  Sunday breakfast, closing circle - ready to leave for home around 10am.
 
Workshop invites us to look at parts through a Jungian and Internal Family Systems perspective, mapping out the fragments of self in readiness for healing.
 
Weaving through meditations, circles and a beautiful labyrinth walk to release the old and welcome the new.
 
All inclusive cost: $800.  Dome tent with inflatable mattress, all meals and workshop.
